For security, we implemented a comprehensive multi-layered system to protect both people and property. The control system integrates alarm functions with access control, supported by glass break sensors, motion detectors, shock sensors, and panic buttons. Silent alarms and a fog cloaking system offer additional protection in case of a break-in. The 24/7 video surveillance system provides live camera feeds and playback, accessible onsite or remotely through a mobile app. A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) ensures surveillance continues uninterrupted, even during power outages.
Visitors to the store are greeted via a secure IP video intercom system. They must ring the doorbell and be granted access by store staff, who can unlock the door either in-store or remotely via an app or key fob.
Behind the scenes, all equipment is housed in custom cabinetry, ensuring both discreet placement and optimal ventilation to extend the lifespan of electronic devices. A well-organized equipment rack is often overlooked but is essential for maintaining system performance and ease of future serviceability.
Automation Associates also provides ongoing support through our Helpdesk+ Remote Support platform. All systems and devices are connected to the Helpdesk+ portal, allowing our team to monitor, receive alerts, and resolve issues remotely—often before the client is even aware of them.
