The Helpdesk+ monthly subscription activates your Helpdesk+ Appliance

 

Install a Helpdesk+ appliance so the health of your networked equipment can be constantly monitored by our support team.

 

Small faults are detected before they become big or disruptive faults. The key reasons our clients opt for a Helpdesk+ system are:

 

  • Maximise system uptime – having our system detect faults before your staff or family does is a game changer
  • Reduce Service costs – A no brainer for sites located out of main centres but for critical infrastructure Helpdesk+ lets us get onto the case faster
  • Increase speed to resolution – The ability to remotely investigate a fault and gather data (not to mention part numbers) means resolutions in less time if a truck roll is required.
  • Reduce servicing costs – Remote support is a fraction of the cost of onsite, sitting in traffic or worse, on a ferry or plane is expensive. Cut your service costs in half with a Helpdesk+ system

 

Helpdesk+ Appliance includes gst and standard installation being a single VLAN, up to 100 networked devices – travel time is charged as required if required.

 

We have an informal policy in place that if we can fix the issue remotely in under 15 minutes – there is no charge.
