“In these days of frustrating poor service by companies, your service was beyond expectations. It lifted a really stressful problem off our shoulders in such an empathetic, prompt and professional way.
Massive thanks to your team. What a pleasure it was dealing with your company. I was extremely impressed.”

“Automation Associates installed an AV and smart wiring system into our home 10 years ago. The attention to detail and communication has been first class and the system has performed seamlessly since that time. There have been two occasions where we required minor updates or hardware replacements and the team at Automation Associates has always responded promptly, professionally and delivered a great service.”

“We have been very pleased with Automation Associates. We had previously used Alex Webb (maybe 10 years ago) and were very pleased to find that he now works for Automation Associates and is still as good and thorough as we remembered. His attitude and service was exceptional, as was Blair’s. They were both a pleasure to deal with and a great asset to your business.”

“Our clever home automation system has a perfect complement in Helpdesk+ which alerts the tech team instantly if there is an issue with any of our devices. This gives peace of mind and has allowed timely, remote fixes, an added bonus for us given our location in the Bay of Islands.”
