Fixing a Faulty Automation System

Having been in the game 30 years we have come across just about every control system ever sold in NZ, from the classic Cbus and Dynalite Systems to Eboss, Smart Wires, Kristil and many others in between.

Many people put up with a faulty system until the frustration gets too much or the house is so dark there’s a risk of falling down the stairs and they reach out for help.   Below is a testimonial from a client who had this situation with a faulty smart home system from Kristil.

“I have spent most of the last decade trying to keep my Kristil system running. Increasing failures and repairs caused me to search for a replacement and after lengthy evaluation chose a Vantage system from Automation Associates.   Since upgrading to Vantage I have finally achieved the vision I originally anticipated – a system that works reliably, can be controlled from anywhere, and that my family can use easily.  The AA crew are outstanding and truly know their stuff – I recommend them as seasoned professionals and only wish I had engaged them from the start.” – Kris – Campbells Bay.

Even some of the better control brands like Vantage, Crestron and Crestron Home can be installed by poorly trained techs or outright cowboys who disappear as soon as the cheque is written, leaving you with hassles you don’t need.

Sometimes mild but annoying problems could simply denote a programming issue which may be easily resolved with a visit from one our techs.

Don’t put up with a poorly installed system, call Brendon on 021 970785 or email brendon@aa.net.nz today and we will get it sorted for you.
